How It Works
Reach Out
Contact us by phone or email to describe your items. We'll let you know if they're a good fit before you make the trip.
Drop Off
Bring your items to the shop during drop-off hours. We'll inspect, price, and tag everything for you.
We Sell It
Your items go on the floor and we do all the work — displaying, marketing, and handling every sale.
You Get Paid
Once your item sells, we contact you to arrange payment. It's that simple.
Commission & Pricing
We believe in a fair split that rewards both parties. Here's how our commission structure works:
Pricing is set collaboratively. Items are marked down 10% after 30 days and 20% after 60 days. Unsold items after 90 days must be retrieved within 2 weeks.

We specialize in quality pre-owned furniture and home goods in clean, sellable condition.
We Accept
- Furniture — sofas, chairs, tables, dressers, shelving
- Artwork — paintings, prints, framed pieces, sculpture
- Kitchenware — cookware, small appliances, serveware
- Textiles — rugs, curtains, quality linens and pillows
- Curios & collectibles — vintage décor, ceramics, curiosities
We Don't Accept
- Clothing & apparel
- Children's toys
- Vinyl records
- Items in poor condition, broken, or heavily worn
- Large appliances (refrigerators, washers, etc.)
Drop-Off Hours & Appointments
We accept drop-offs during regular store hours. For large pieces or multiple items, we strongly recommend calling ahead so we can prepare space and give your items the attention they deserve.
